State Road 89 (SR 89) is a north–south highway in the state of Florida that extends from U.S. Route 90 (Florida), U.S. Route 90 (US 90) to the Alabama state line where it becomes County Road 55. All of SR 89 is contained within Santa Rosa County, Florida, Santa Rosa County, and most of the road is a two-lane undivided highway, except between Milton and Point Baker, where it is a four-lane divided highway. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is a decentralized agency charged with the establishment, maintenance, and regulation of public transportation in the state of Florida. Blackwater River State Park is a Florida State Park located fifteen miles northeast of Milton, near Harold, off U.S. 90. The address is 7720 Deaton Bridge Road.
