The following is a list of county roads in Palm Beach County, Florida. Roads are maintained locally by the Palm Beach County Engineering and Public Works Department. Nearly every route in this list is a former state road since decommissioned by the Florida Department of Transportation. Most routes are signed using standard county road shields, but some are unsigned on streets. County Road A1A County Road A1A is a former routing of SR A1A through Juno Beach and Jupiter. It serves as a paralleling alternate route to Federal Highway (US 1), running parallel to the Atlantic Ocean. Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge
The Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is a wildlife sanctuary is located west of Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach County, Florida. It is also known as Water Conservation Area 1 (WCA-1). It includes the most northern remnant of the historic Everglades wetland ecosystem. Bordering the Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA) to the west and the urban communities of Palm Beach County to the east, the conservation area contains nearly 145,000 acres of Everglades wetland habitat. Florida State Road 704A
State Road 704 (SR 704), also known as Okeechobee Boulevard, is a east–west boulevard in the West Palm Beach area, known for being dangerous to pedestrians and bicyclists. It extends from an intersection with SR 7 at the border of West Palm Beach and Royal Palm Beach and just south of The Acreage at the western end to an intersection with SR A1A in Palm Beach at the east end. Florida State Road 708
State Road 708 (SR 708) is a , east–west thoroughfare in Riviera Beach locally known as Blue Heron Boulevard. The road extends from an intersection with Bee-Line Highway ( State Road 710) to an intersection with Broadway (U.S. Route 1 (US 1). Route description State Road 708 begins as Blue Heron Boulevard at an intersection with Bee Line Highway at the southern end of the VA Hospital. The road heads east towards its first stoplight at Military Trail (SR 809), with a mix of residential and commercial areas for the half mile between Military Trail and the interchange with Interstate 95 (I-95). State Road 80 (SR 80) (also known as Palm Beach Boulevard in Lee County and Southern Boulevard in Palm Beach County) is a route linking US 41 Business in Fort Myers and State Road A1A in Palm Beach. Riviera Beach is a city in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States, which was incorporated September 29, 1922. Military Trail (Florida)
Military Trail is a long six-lane north–south arterial road in Broward and Palm Beach counties in South Florida. A portion of the road is designated State Road 809 (SR 809), but most of the road within Palm Beach County is locally maintained and signed as County Road 809 (CR 809), while the Broward County section exists without either designation. Military Trail, like the paralleling Congress Avenue and Jog and Powerline Roads, is a popular commuting alternative to often-congested Interstate 95 (I-95), Florida's Turnpike, and U.S. Route 1 (US 1) in both counties.
