Pike Place Market is a public market in Seattle, Washington, United States. It opened on August 17, 1907, and is one of the oldest continuously operated public farmers' markets in the United States. The ''Seattle Post-Intelligencer'' (popularly known as the ''Seattle P-I'', the ''Post-Intelligencer'', or simply the ''P-I'') is an online newspaper and former print newspaper based in Seattle, Washington, United States. The Crumpet Shop
The Crumpet Shop is a bakery and pastry shop in Seattle's Pike Place Market, in the U.S. state of Washington. Description Located at the intersection of First and Pike Place, in the Corner Market building, The Crumpet Shop serves sweet and savory crumpets with various toppings such as butter, English cheese, honey, ricotta, and walnuts. The restaurant has a version with ham, egg, and cheese, and the "Seattle-style" variety has cucumber and smoked salmon. The Green Eggs and Ham has pesto. Description Frank's Quality Produce operates in the Corner Market building and stocks seasonal produce such as arugula, butter lettuce, castelfranco, dill, dragon fruit, frisée, mangos, and mushrooms (including black Truffle, truffles).
