Cornelis (film)
''Cornelis'' is a 2010 Swedish biographical drama film directed by Amir Chamdin, about the life of the musician Cornelis Vreeswijk. The soundtrack of the film was composed by Cornelis' son Jack Vreeswijk. Vreeswijk is portrayed by Hans Erik Dyvik Husby, also known as Hank Von Helvete, former lead singer in the Norwegian rock band ''Turbonegro''. The film centres on Vreeswijk's refuge to Sweden when he was a child and his radical political views, alcoholism and taste for women in his adulthood. Amir Chamdin
Amir Juan Chamdin, born 4 June 1974, is a Swedish director and musician, renowned for his work across music videos, feature films and TV series. Amir Chamdin first made a name for himself as the front figure of the Swedish hip hop band Infinite Mass. After starting his career on stage performing with the band he later achieved recognition when he turned into a director. Highlights include MTV Best Video winner “You're the Storm” for ((The Cardigans)), the feature film sensation ((Cornelis))—about one of Sweden's greatest music legends, and the crime-thriller ((Hassel)) which reached number 1 as the most watches new series in Sweden and Finland in 2017. In 2020, Chamdin received the award for 'Best Series' at CANNESSERIES for his original TV series, ''Partisan'', which premiered on Viaplay in August the same year. Johan Glans
Johan Magnus Glans (born 9 April 1974 in Eslöv, Sweden) is a Swedish stand up comedian and actor. He started doing stand up comedy in 1994, and has worked on Swedish TV with David Batra. Since 2016, Johan Glans has starred as Axel in '' Swedish Dicks'' on Pop. ''Aftonbladet'' (, lit. "The evening paper") is a Swedish daily newspaper published in Stockholm, Sweden. It is one of the largest daily newspapers in the Nordic countries. History and profile The newspaper was founded by Lars Johan Hierta in December 1830 under the name of ''Aftonbladet i Stockholm'' during the modernization of Sweden. Ann-Louise Hanson (born in Kristianstad in 1944) is a Swedish singer who has been involved in the music industry since 1956. In 1960, she had her first hit, "Är du ensam i kväll?", a Swedish version of Elvis Presley's ''Are you lonesome tonight?'' Many of her solo recordings from the 1960s feature Bruno Glenmarks Orkester and, following their marriage, Ann-Louise and Bruno Glenmark formed the group Glenmarks with Bruno's niece Karin and nephew Anders. Soon after, their own GlenDisc record label began producing vinyl, cassettes and eventually CDs under the banner of 'Hanson-Glenmark Production AB'.
