Kevin Corke is an American journalist and is presently a White House Correspondents' Association for Fox News in Washington D.C. Corke has covered four U.S. administrations (Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden). Previously, he was a national news correspondent based in Washington, D.C. for NBC News from 2004-2008. While much of his work there involved coverage of the Bush Administration as a member of the White House Press Corps, Corke also frequently reported from The Pentagon, U.S. Supreme Court and other locations in Washington, D.C. Anya Corke
Anya Sun Corke (born 12 September 1990 in California, USA) is an American-born English chess player holding the title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM). She played for Hong Kong, where she was the top ranked chess player, until 2009. Career Corke earned the WGM title with her performance in the 36th Chess Olympiad, playing for the Hong Kong men's team. She was the 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008 Hong Kong National Champion (for men and women), one of the youngest national champions ever at the age of 13 years and 9 months. She was the British Junior Under-11 Champion in 2002 and the Under-12 Champion in 2003, the first girl to win either of these age groups. In 2004, she became joint British U-14 Champion. In December 2004, she won the Asian Youth Girls U-14 Championship in Singapore. Peter Corke
Peter Corke (born 24 August 1959) is an Australian roboticist known for his work on Visual Servoing, field robotics, online education, the online Robot Academy and the Robotics Toolbox and Machine Vision Toolbox for MATLAB (matrix laboratory). He is currently director of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Robotic Vision, and a Distinguished Professor of Robotic Vision at Queensland University of Technology. His research is concerned with robotic vision, flying robots and farming robots. Corke is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Martin Corke
Martin Dewe Corke OBE (8 June 1923 – 14 January 1994) was an English cricketer. Corke was a right-handed batsman. He was also a prominent member of the Greene King Brewery. Early life A member of the Greene brewing dynasty, Corke was born at the hill station of Murree in the British Raj, where his father, then Captain Francis Sinclair Corke, was serving with the 1st battalion 16th Punjab Regiment. He was sent home from the Raj to be educated in England, where he attended Radley School, during which time he captained the school's cricket team. By age fifteen he was working at the family brewery in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. However, with the start of World War II in 1939, Corke returned to the Raj to be with his parents. He was commissioned in his father's 16th Punjab Regiment in 1942 then later promoted lieutenant. In 1944, he was struck down with tuberculosis, which ended his time in the British Indian Army. Fiona Corke (born 24 September 1961) is an Australian actress best known for her role as Gail Robinson on the Australian soap opera '' Neighbours''. Career Corke began her career with a minor role in the film 'I Live with Me Dad.' Corke appeared as a guest star in '' Zoo Family'' in 1985. She then had a role in '' Prisoner: Cell Block H'' in 1986 as Alison Mills who dated derided prison officer Rodney Adams. The role was intended to be ongoing, however, it prematurely ended when ''Prisoner'' was cancelled. Hilary Topham Corke (12 July 1921 – 3 September 2001) was an English writer, composer and mineralogist. Corke was born in Malvern, Worcestershire. He served in the Royal Artillery during World War II. His poems appeared in ''Poetry Now'' (1956) and '' Penguin Book of Contemporary Verse'' (1962 edition). Together with Anthony Thwaite and William Plomer he edited ''New Poems 1961: A P.E.N Anthology of Contemporary Poetry.''
