The Core Dashboard is aggregator of the information generated by various departments within the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It was conceived by former Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu and is the first platform of this kind in India. Different state governments in India have approached the AP Govt and launched their kind of dashboards in their states. It is being develop and managing by Real Time Governance Society (RTGS), a special department created to look after operations of RTGS state control center. Government Of Andhra Pradesh
Government of Andhra Pradesh, abbreviated as, GOAP, or, Andhra Government, is the Subnational administrative division, subnational government for the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is an elected government with 175 Member of the Legislative Assembly (India), MLAs elected to the Legislative Assembly of Andhra Pradesh for a 5-year term. Government of Andhra Pradesh is a democratically elected body that governs the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The state government is headed by the Governor of Andhra Pradesh as the nominal head of state, with a democratically elected Chief Minister as the real head of the executive. The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh is the chief executive of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. In accordance with the Constitution of India, the governor is a state's ''de jure'' head, but ''de facto'' executive authority rests with the chief minister. Following elections to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the state's governor usually invites the party (or coalition) with a majority of seats to form the government. Real Time Governance Society
Real Time Governance Society (RTGS) is an Indian e-governance initiative of chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu from Andhra Pradesh, India. It was formed on 6 September 2017. The department reports to the chief minister. History The idea is to use electronic communication and technology to deploy e-governance in Andhra Pradesh. It has 13 district centers and 1 state center for reporting. Data from Andhra Pradesh Weather Forecasting and Early Warning Research Center, drones, machine learning systems, biometric systems and other surveillance systems are collated and reported through the RTGS system in real-time. Ram Nath Kovind
Ram Nath Kovind (; born 1 October 1945) is an Indian politician who served as the 14th President of India from 2017 to 2022. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He is the second person after K. R. Narayanan, from the Dalit community to occupy the post. Prior to his presidency, he served as the 26th Governor of Bihar from 2015 to 2017 and as a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha from 1994 to 2006. The information technology industry in India comprises information technology services, consulting, and outsourcing. The share of the IT-BPM sector in the GDP of India is 7.4% in FY 2022. The IT and BPM industries' revenue is estimated at $227 billion in FY 2022. Internet in India began in 1986 and was available only to the educational and research community. General public access to the internet began on 15 August 1995, and as of July 2022 there are 833 million active internet users that comprise 59.28% of the population. India has the highest mobile data consumption rate at 12 GB/user a month in the world, and the country is adding as many as 25 million new smartphone users every quarter.
