Coppa Delle Alpi
Coppa delle Alpi (translated as ''Cup of the Alps'') was a friendly football tournament, first organized by the Italian national league as it started in 1960 and then they were aided by the Swiss League from 1962, for the reason that the majority of the Alps are in Switzerland. This competition ran from 1960 until 1987. In the 1960s and 1961 editions ranking was compiled by adding the points of the Italian and Swiss teams. The tournament was won by the Italian federation in both editions, and the teams that represented it was given a cup of reduced dimensions ( A.S.
