Ming Tsai
Ming Hao Tsai (; born March 29, 1964) is an American restaurateur, television personality, and celebrity chef. Tsai's restaurants have focused on east–west fusion cuisine, and have included major stakes in Blue Ginger in Wellesley, Massachusetts (a Zagat- and James Beard-recognized establishment) from 1998 to 2017, and Blue Dragon in the Fort Point Channel area of Boston (a Zagat-recognized tapas-style gastropub named in ''Esquire Magazine'' "Best New Restaurants 2013"). Michael Ruhlman
Michael Carl Ruhlman (born July 28, 1963) is an American author, home cook and entrepreneur. He has written or co-authored more than two dozen books, including non-fiction, fiction, memoir, and books on cooking. He has co-authored many books with American chefs, such as Thomas Keller, Eric Ripert, Michael Symon and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Early life Michael Carl Ruhlman was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended University School, a private, independent all-boys' day school in Cleveland's suburbs, and completed his undergraduate education at Duke University. Career Ruhlman worked a series of odd jobs (his first job after college was copy boy at ''The New York Times'') and traveled before returning to his hometown in 1991, to work for a local magazine. Todd English
William Todd English (born August 29, 1960) is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He hosted the TV cooking show, ''Food Trip with Todd English,'' on PBS. In 2005 he was a judge on the PBS show '' Cooking Under Fire''. His life and career received a chapter in '' Super Chef'' by Juliette Rossant, who had written previously about English for the ''Forbes'' Celebrity 100 list.
