''Control Freek'' is the second solo studio album by American rapper Tash. It was released on June 30, 2009 via Amalgam Digital. Production was handled by E-Swift, J Beam, Affion Crockett, Da Truth, Emmaculate, E Sharp, Josh G, J. Wells, Maestro, Montage One, Oh No, Thayod Ausar and Tony Touch. Rico Smith (born August 9, 1971), better known by his stage name Tash, is an American rapper. He is most known for his work as a member of the West Coast hip hop group, Tha Alkaholiks alongside J-Ro and E-Swift. Tash has released two solo albums, ''Rap Life'' (1999) and Control Freek (2009), and has worked on five albums with Tha Alkaholiks. History Early life, early career Tash was born in Columbus, Ohio, in 1971, but moved to California at age 16 with his four brothers and mother. His parents divorced the following year, but Tash decided to stay in California and pursue a career as a rapper. Medina is a Swedish hip hop duo formation with Arabic influences made up of Swedish artists of Tunisian descent, being Sam-E (born Sami Daniel Rekik), a former professional football player in Tunisia and Alibi (born Ali Jammali). Sam-E is also of Finnish descent as his mother is Finnish. Career The two started making music in 2003 under the name Medina after they met in Knivsta promoting a special genre they called "Haffla music" with rhythm from the Arab World mixed with hip hop. Jerry Buddy Long Jr. (born March 10, 1969), better known by his stage name Kokane, is an American recording artist best known for his distinctive vocal style and numerous guest appearances, such as on Snoop Dogg's ''Tha Last Meal''. Willie Edward Knighton Jr. (born March 13, 1972), better known as Khujo, is an American rapper. He is one-fourth of Goodie Mob (along with T-Mo, Cee-Lo, and Big Gipp), and one-half of The Lumberjacks (with T-Mo). Life and career Khujo was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the only featured guest to appear on every single Outkast album, including Big Boi's solo album. Khujo has released a new book titled "Straight out the A" that focuses on his life and the development of the Dirty South movement from OutKast to Goodie Mob.
