Conor Harte
Conor Harte (born 3 April 1988) is an Ireland men's field hockey international. He played for Ireland at both the 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2018 Men's Hockey World Cup. He was also a member of the Ireland team that won the bronze medal at the 2015 Men's EuroHockey Championship. Harte has won national league titles in Ireland and has played in the Hockey India League. Harte's twin brother, David, and his sister, Emer, are also Ireland field hockey internationals. The Harte brothers have lined out together with eight different field hockey teams – Bandon Grammar School, Cork Harlequins, Pembroke Wanderers, DCU, SCHC, Dabang Mumbai, Munster and Ireland. Ireland Women's National Field Hockey Team
The Ireland women's national field hockey team is organised by Hockey Ireland and represents both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland in international women's field hockey competitions, including the Women's Hockey World Cup and the Women's EuroHockey Nations Championship. David Harte (Gaelic Footballer)
David Harte (born 23 December 1981) is a Gaelic footballer who plays for the Errigal Ciarán club and for the Tyrone county team. He was a member of the All-Ireland winning side of 2005 and also of the All-Ireland winning team of 2008. Harte plays his club football with Errigal Ciarán and has won two Tyrone Senior Football Championships and the Ulster Senior Football Championship with them. He is one of the attack-minded defenders on the Tyrone panel, such as Ryan McMenamin. He is the nephew of Mickey Harte, who was Tyrone manager during his playing days. Peter Harte is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for the Errigal Ciarán club and the Tyrone county team. He has played for Ireland in the 2015 International Rules Series and won an All Star Awards in 2016 and 2021. Michaela McAreavey, née Harte ( Irish: ''Micheáilín Mhic Giolla Riabhaigh'' née ''Ní hÁirt'', 31 December 1983 – 10 January 2011) was found strangled in the bath of a hotel room in Mauritius, where she had travelled for her honeymoon. The daughter of Tyrone's multiple All-Ireland Senior Football Championship-winning Gaelic football manager Mickey Harte, her death and subsequent events prompted continuing widespread international media coverage. Mickey Harte (born 1952) is an Irish Gaelic football Manager (Gaelic games), manager and former player. He has been manager of the Louth county football team, Louth county team since 2020. Harte managed the Tyrone county football team, Tyrone county team from 2002 until his resignation in 2020, at which time he was the longest-serving manager then active with the same team in inter-county competition. Ulster Senior Football Championship
The Ulster Senior Football Championship is an inter-county competition for Gaelic football teams in the province of Ulster. It is organised by the Ulster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) and begins in early May. The final is usually played on the third Sunday in July. All nine Ulster counties participate. It is regarded as hardest to win of the four provincial football championships. At a referee conference in January 2015, David Coldrick said about officiating in the competition: "Ulster makes or breaks you. It can be a graveyard. The games are different. Ballyheigue ( ), officially Ballyheige ( - meaning ''Settlement of Tadhg'') is a coastal village in County Kerry, Ireland. It is approximately north of Tralee on the R551.
