Connor Court Publishing is an Australian publishing company based in Brisbane, Queensland. The company, founded in September 2005 by Anthony Cappello, publishes all sorts of commercial books – including many biographies, books on politics and in particular – climate change denial, culture and education. Founding and history The name "Connor Court" comes from a concatenation of the American writer Flannery O'Connor and 17th century Dutch economist Pieter de la Court. Connor Court was founded in Ballan, Victoria, before moving to Ballarat and then, in 2016, to Queensland. Before starting Connor Court Cappello worked at Freedom Publishing imprint of the late Santamaria's National Civic Council (NCC). Connor Court publishes a diverse range of books but has a focus on conservative and religious subjects. John Killick
Sir John Killick GCMG (18 November 1919 – 12 February 2004) was a British diplomat who was ambassador to the Soviet Union, and later ambassador to NATO. Career John Edward Killick was educated at Latymer Upper School, University College, London, and Bonn University. He served in the British Army during World War II, first in the Suffolk Regiment, and later in the 1st Airborne Division in which he commanded the 89th Field Security Section (Intelligence Corps) at Arnhem. He was captured by the Germans, and after release in 1945 he commanded the intelligence corps unit at Siegen. Peta Seaton
Peta Luise Seaton (born 9 October 1959) is an archaeologist and former New South Wales politician who was a member of the state's Legislative Assembly representing the Southern Highlands for the Liberal Party from 1996 until her retirement prior to the 2007 New South Wales elections. Seaton was born in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and received education at Woodford School, Solomon Islands and Wenona School, North Sydney. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Archaeology at the University of Sydney in 1981 and acquired her PhD title in 2007. Ian Rutherford Plimer (born 12 February 1946) is an Australian geologist and professor emeritus at the University of Melbourne. He rejects the scientific consensus on climate change. He has been criticised by climate scientists for misinterpreting data and spreading misinformation. Plimer previously worked as a professor of mining geology at the University of Adelaide, and the director of multiple mineral exploration and mining companies, He has also been a critic of creationism. Barry Cohen AM (3 April 1935 – 18 December 2017) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) and served in federal parliament from 1969 to 1990, representing the Division of Robertson in New South Wales. Nyunggai Warren Stephen Mundine is an Australian Aboriginal leader and politician. He was the National President of the Australian Labor Party (ALP), but quit the party in 2012. Stephen Phillip Bracks (born 15 October 1954) is a former Australian politician and was the 44th Premier of Victoria. He first won the electoral district of Williamstown in 1994 for the Labor Party and was party leader and premier from 1999 to 2007.
