Confidencias (Rocío Dúrcal Album)
''Confidencias'' (English: ''Confidences'') is a studio album released by Spanish performer Rocío Dúrcal in 1981 under the label of Ariola Records. It was written and produced by Spanish songwriter Rafael Pérez Botija. In Spain this album was released under the title ''La gata'' (English: ''The Cat''). Seven singles were released from ''Confidencias''. The first two singles, "No sirvo para estar sin ti" (''I'm Not Good At Being Without You'') and " La Gata Bajo la Lluvia" (''The Cat In The Rain''), became hits all over Latin America and in Spain. The song "La gata bajo la lluvia" was featured in the 1989 Spanish film ''La Blanca Paloma'' (''The White Dove''), directed by Juan Miñón and starring Antonio Banderas and the first season finale of Drag Race España in 2021. Rocío Dúrcal
María de los Ángeles de las Heras Ortiz (4 October 1944 – 25 March 2006), better known professionally as Rocío Dúrcal (), was a Spanish singer and actress. Widely successful in Mexico, she earned the sobriquet of ''Reina de las Rancheras'' ("Queen of Rancheras"). In 2005 Dúrcal received a Latin Grammy Award for musical excellence, a prize that is awarded by the Governing Board of the Recording Latin Academy to artists who have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance during their careers. Career Dúrcal began her artistic career by participating in various radio song festivals and competitions, secretly supported by her paternal grandfather, who always believed in her talent and became her first fan. Ariola (also known as Ariola Records, Ariola-Eurodisc and BMG Ariola) is a German record label. In the late 1980s, it was a subsidiary label of the Bertelsmann Music Group, which in turn has become a part of the international media conglomerate Sony Music Entertainment. The first season of ''Drag Race España'' premiered on 30 May and concluded on 25 July 2021. The competition was broadcast on ATRESplayer Premium in Spain and on WOW Presents Plus internationally. The competition saw ten Spanish drag queens compete for the title of the "Spain's First Drag Superstar", and a cash prize of €30,000. The cast was officially revealed through social media on 5 May 2021. The winner of the first season was Carmen Farala, with Killer Queen and Sagittaria ending as runners-up. ''Drag Race España'' (sometimes called ''Drag Race Spain'') is a Spanish reality competition streaming television series, produced by Atresmedia Televisión in collaboration with Buendía Estudios and executive produced by World of Wonder.
