Conference USA Men's Soccer Player Of The Year
The Conference USA Men's Soccer Player of the Year was an annual award given to the best overall player in Conference USA (C-USA) during the NCAA Division I men's soccer season. From C-USA's formation in 1995 until the conference dissolved its men's soccer league after the 2021 season, the Conference awarded the season's best offensive player with Offensive Player of the Year and the best defensive player with the Defensive Player of the Year. Starting in 2009, the additional Player of the Year award was created to recognize the best overall player. The SMU Mustangs men's soccer team represents Southern Methodist University in men's college soccer. The team currently competes in The American Athletic Conference. The Mustangs made their most recent appearance in the NCAA National Tournament in 2019, their third consecutive tournament appearance and fourth in five seasons. Bruno Ernesto Guarda (born February 6, 1986), also known as Peter Jackson and DJ - BG is a Brazilian footballer who last played for the Dallas Sidekicks in the Major Arena Soccer League. The UAB Blazers men's soccer team is an intercollegiate varsity sports program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The 2019 Marshall Thundering Herd men's soccer team represented Marshall University during the 2019 NCAA Division I men's soccer season. It is the 41st season of the university fielding a men's varsity soccer program. The Thundering Herd, led by third-year head coach Chris Grassie, played their home games at Veterans Memorial Soccer Complex as members of Conference USA. The 2019 season proved to be the program's most successful season at the time.
