Annezay
Annezay () is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Anneziens'' or ''Anneziennes'' Geography Annezay is located some 12 km south-east of Surgères and 16 km north-west of Saint-Jean-d'Angély. Access is by the D118 road from Saint-Crépin in the south-west passing through the west of the commune and continuing north to Chervettes. There is also the D213 from the village east to Saint-Loup. The D107E2 road also passes through the east of the commune from the D107 in the north to Tonnay-Boutonne in the south. Apart from the village there are also the hamlets of Le Grand Vivroux and Le Tramaillou in the commune. Apart from a few small patches of forest the commune is entirely farmland. Annepont
Annepont () is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Annepontois'' or ''Annepontoises'' Geography Annepont is located some 15 km south-west of Saint-Jean-d'Angely and 13 km north of Saintes. The A10 autoroute (E5) passes through the west of the commune but has no exit in or near the commune. Access to the commune is by the D127 from Taillebourg to the south-west passing through the village and continuing north to Mazeray. The D230 road also goes east from the village to Juico. The D231 also passes through the south of the commune forming part of the southern border and continues to Écoyeux to the south-east. The commune has extensive forests in the east covering some 40% of the land area with the rest of the commune farmland. Angoulins
Angoulins () is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Angoulinois'' or ''Angoulinoises''. Geography Angoulins is located in the northwest of the department of Charente-Maritime some 8 km south-east of La Rochelle and 5 km north of Châtelaillon-Plage in the former province of Aunis. It is a coastal commune on the Atlantic Ocean. Access is by the E602 (D137) highway from La Rochelle continuing south-east with an exit in the commune just east of Angoulins town. There is also the D202 from Salles-sur-Mer in the east turning south and continuing to Chatelaillon-Plage. Access to the town is by the D111E1 from the D202 on the southern border continuing through the town and turning east to the motorway exit. Angliers, Charente-Maritime
Angliers () is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of south-western France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Anglésiens'' or ''Anglésiennes''. Geography Angliers is located some 15 km north-east of La Rochelle and 15 km south by south-east of Marans. National highway N11 (E601) passes through the north of the commune and there is an exit at the north-eastern tip of the commune to the D109 road which runs south through the commune to Vérines. Access to the village is by a country road off the D109. There is also the D203E1 road running from the hamlet of Saint-Gilles west to Loiré. Anais () is a commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Anaisiens'' or ''Anaisiennes'' Geography Anais is located some 15 km east of La Rochelle and 5 km south by south-east of Nuaille-d'Aunis. It can be accessed by the D107 road from Dompierre-sur-Mer in the west passing through the centre of the commune south of the village and continuing to Bouhet. The D113 road also comes from Virson in the south passing through the southern part of the commune and continuing north-east to Le Gué-d'Alleré. Access to the village in the north of the commune is only by small country roads running off the D107 and the D113. Allas-Bocage is a commune in Charente-Maritime, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as ''Allasiens'' or ''Allasiennes'' Geography Allas-Bocage is located some 5 km north-east of Mirambeau and 40 km south by south-west of Cognac. It can be accessed by the minor D151 road running off the D730 in the south-west and continuing north-east through the commune to the village then north to Jonzac.
