Communauté De Communes Interrégionale Aumale - Blangy-sur-Bresle
The Communauté de communes interrégionale Aumale - Blangy-sur-Bresle is a ''communauté de communes'' in the Seine-Maritime and Somme ''départements'' and in the Normandy and Hauts-de-France '' régions'' of France. It was formed on 1 January 2017 by the merger of the former Communauté de communes du Canton d'Aumale and the Communauté de communes de Blangy-sur-Bresle. Hauts-de-France
Hauts-de-France (; pcd, Heuts-d'Franche; , also ''Upper France'') is the northernmost region of France, created by the territorial reform of French regions in 2014, from a merger of Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardy. Its prefecture is Lille. The new region came into existence on 1 January 2016, after regional elections in December 2015.
