''Colour Blind'' is a stage play by Indian playwright Manav Kaul and Kalki Koechlin. It was screened at the Sir Mutha Venkata Subba Rao Hall in Chennai, in August 2014. Manav Kaul
Manav Kaul (born 19 December 1976) is an Indian theatre director, playwright, author, actor and filmmaker. He was nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the films ''Tumhari Sulu'' (2017) and '' Saina'' (2021). Early life Kaul was born on 19 December 1976 in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, India, into a Kashmiri Pandit family. His family later moved to Hoshangabad, Madhya Pradesh, where he was raised. He was a competitive swimmer in his late teenage years and participated in state and national levels championships. He has won 14 national medals in swimming. Career Kaul started a theatre group named Aranya in 2004. His influences include Charles Bukowski, Vinod Kumar Shukla, Franz Kafka and Nirmal Verma, to whom he paid homage in his 2010 play ''Red Sparrow''. Kalki Koechlin
Kalki Koechlin (; born 10 January 1984) is a French actress and writer who works in Hindi films. Known for her unconventional body of work, she is the recipient of such accolades as a National Film Award, a Filmfare Award, and two Screen Awards. Although a French citizen, she has been brought up and lived most of her life in India. Born in Puducherry, India, Koechlin was drawn to theatre from a young age. She studied drama at Goldsmiths, University of London, and worked simultaneously with a local theatre company. Rabindranath Tagore
Rabindranath Tagore (; bn, রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর; 7 May 1861 – 7 August 1941) was a Bengali polymath who worked as a poet, writer, playwright, composer, philosopher, social reformer and painter. He reshaped Bengali literature and music as well as Indian art with Contextual Modernism in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
