Colors Cineplex (formerly Rishtey Cineplex from 2016 to 2019 in SD and the HD version formerly known as Cineplex HD from 2017–19) is an Indian pay television channel owned by Viacom18. It was launched on 29 March 2016. History In June 2016 Viacom18 decided to launch the channel in the UK as Rishtey Cineplex. It launched on 29 September 2016 on Sky, replacing UMP Movies. The channel was launched on Freeview on 17 January 2017. However, it was later removed on 1 July 2017. In 2017, Viacom18 launched HD movie channel Cineplex HD and it was rebranded as Colors Cineplex HD in 2019. In October 2017, the channel was launched in Virgin Media. On 1 March 2019, Rishtey Cineplex was rebranded as Colors Cineplex and Cineplex HD as Colors Cineplex HD. Viacom18 relaunched Rishtey Cineplex on 5 June 2020 on DD Free Dish. Colors Bangla, previously known as ETV Bangla, is an Indian general entertainment pay television channel broadcasting in Bengali language. It was launched in 2000 as ETV Bangla, owned by the Hyderabad-based ETV Network. It was later sold to TV18 and was rebranded under the Colors moniker. History The channel aired the Filmfare Awards East 2017. The channel was re-branded under the Viacom18 Colors franchise on 1 April 2015. Nickelodeon Sonic (formerly Sonic-Nickelodeon) is an Indian children's pay television channel operated by Viacom18 as part of the Nickelodeon India network. After on the air, Sonic became the fourth most watched channel across all genres with TRP in December 2020. History Viacom18 launched the channel in December 2011. TeenNick India was a programming block on Nick Jr. India devoted to teens. It was part of Nickelodeon India. TeenNick India was discontinued on 1 February 2017. History Nickelodeon India does not air live action Nickelodeon programming on the main channel and decided to launch those shows as part of a night time programming block in 2012 on Nick Jr. India. Later, it started showing animated Nickelodeon programming like ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles''. Nick HD+ launched in 2015 also had some live action programming. The channel is the Indian equivalent to the original American network and a part of the Nickelodeon franchise.
