Bernard Collomb
Bernard Marie François Alexandre Collomb-Clerc (7 October 1930 in Annecy, Haute-Savoie – 19 September 2011 in La Colle-sur-Loup, Alpes-Maritimes) was a Formula One driver from France. He participated in six World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on 2 July 1961, scoring no championship points. He almost always drove self-prepared cars, and first raced Coopers, switching to Lotuses in 1963. His best Formula One result was fourth at Vienna in a non-Championship race in 1961, at the wheel of a Cooper-Climax. Gérard Collomb
Gérard Collomb (; born 20 June 1947) is a French politician who served as Mayor of Lyon from 2001 to 2017 and again from 2018 until 2020. A member of La République En Marche! (LREM) since he left the Socialist Party (PS) in 2017, he was Minister of the Interior in the first and second government of Prime Minister Édouard Philippe from 2017 to 2018. Disagreements with President Emmanuel Macron led Collomb to resign and return as Mayor of Lyon. He has been a councillor for both the City of Lyon and Lyon Metropolis since 2020. Théo Collomb (born 11 July 2000) is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward. Early life Collomb began his youth career with Cournon-d'Auvergne. In 2015, he joined the youth system of Clermont. College career After speaking to a teammate on the French Universiade team who was playing in the American college system, Collomb sent highlight tapes to American universities to try to secure a scholarship. In 2020, he began attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he played for the men's soccer team.
