Collin Ashton
Collin Ashton (born July 24, 1983) is an American football linebacker. High school football Ashton played at Mission Viejo High School. College football Ashton played college football at the University of Southern California where he graduated in 2006. He was a walk-on player who earned a scholarship. A feel good story as a fifth generation USC Scion (meaning his relatives were alumni), he had been to every USC Trojans game since birth. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen.
