Colin Fassnidge
Colin Fassnidge is an Irish chef, author and television presenter. Fassnidge has appeared as a judge on ''My Kitchen Rules'' since 2013 and is also a presenter on the home lifestyle program '' Better Homes and Gardens,'' presenting the food segments alongside Karen Martini. He previously hosted ''Kitchen Nightmares Australia'' in 2022, where he was introduced as the first chef with a pub that earned two Chef's Hats in Australia. Career Fassnidge previously operated the restaurants Four in Hand and 4Fourteen. He now owns Banksia. Fassnidge also operates The Castlereagh by Fassnidge bistro at City Tattersalls Club. Gary Mehigan
Gary Mehigan (born 12 February 1967) is an English-Australian chef and restaurateur. Mehigan was one of the original judges of the Network 10 series '' MasterChef Australia''. Career Chef Mehigan trained at The Connaught and Le Souffle in London before moving to Melbourne in 1991. He has headed the kitchen in some of Melbourne's most prominent restaurants including Browns, Burnham Beeches Country House and Hotel Sofitel before opening the award-winning Fenix in 2000 and later selling it to the Leonda by the Yarra group in 2013. Ed Halmagyi (born February 1975), also known as "Fast Ed," is an Australian TV presenter, chef, author, photographer and radio host. Early life Ed Halmagyi was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in February 1975 to neurologist Dr Gabor Michael Halmagyi AO and bush regenerator Sue Halmagyi OAM who were both immigrants from Hungary. He has an older sister Catherine and a younger brother Nicholas. At 15 Halmagyi began his culinary career as a kitchenhand, then soon afterwards as an assistant chef. Throughout his school years at Trinity Grammar School, Halmagyi worked in a variety of Sydney restaurants, then undertook a Bachelor of Arts/Law at Sydney University. ''Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares'' is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay first broadcast on Channel 4 in 2004. In each episode, Ramsay visits a failing restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter to help improve the establishment in just one week.
