Coles Whalen is an Americana, pop and country singer-songwriter based in Denver. She has toured extensively through the United States and Canada and has released six independent records. Whalen also composed and performed the soundtrack to ''Passport & Palette'', a public television series, and is the voice of the Living Spaces 2010 ad campaign seen in Super Bowl XLIV. In 2009, a writer for the ''St. Joseph News-Press'' described her music as "evolving from a stereotypical emotive folksy singer-songwriter into an artist who dabbles in crafting melodic pop mixed with touches of alt-country, rock and jazz." In January 2023, the Supreme Court of the United States agreed to review a particular case regarding the extent of First Amendment protection for threatening communications. En Vogue is an American vocal girl group whose original lineup consisted of singers Terry Ellis, Dawn Robinson, Cindy Herron, and Maxine Jones. Mark Freuder Knopfler (born 12 August 1949) is a British singer-songwriter, guitarist, and record producer. Born in Scotland and raised in England, he was the lead guitarist, singer and songwriter of the rock band Dire Straits. He pursued a solo career after the band first dissolved in 1988. Dire Straits reunited in 1990, but dissolved again in 1995. He is now an independent solo artist. The John Butler Trio are an Australian roots/rock band led by guitarist and vocalist John Butler, an APRA and ARIA-award-winning musician.
