Colbey Ross
Colbey Ross (born October 22, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for Derthona Basket of the Italian LBA. He played college basketball for the Pepperdine Waves. High school career Ross played four years of varsity basketball for Eaglecrest High School in Centennial, Colorado. As a junior, he averaged 18.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game, leading his team to the Class 5A state title game. Ross was named Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year and was the only junior selected to play in the state's High School All-Star Game. As a senior, he averaged 18.4 points, 5.0 assists, 4.9 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game, helping Eaglecrest win the Class 5A state championship and earning most valuable player of the state tournament. The Pepperdine Waves men's basketball team is an American college basketball team that represents Pepperdine University in NCAA Division I, the highest level of intercollegiate athletics sanctioned by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). 2019 West Coast Conference Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2019 West Coast Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the West Coast Conference during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, held March 7–12 at the Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada. Saint Mary's upset top-ranked Gonzaga 60–47 in the championship game and received the conference's automatic bid to the 68-team NCAA tournament. It was the fourth WCC tournament title for Saint Mary's, their first since 2012, and the Gaels were seeded eleventh in the South regional of the NCAA Tournament. Legends Classic (basketball Tournament)
The Legends Classic is an annual, early-season, college basketball tournament which started in 2007 and takes place at the beginning of the college basketball season in November. Four teams (from four conferences) compete in the Legends Classic. The tournament has been held at various venues in the New York metropolitan area, primarily the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The 2023 Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper will feature Auburn, Notre Dame, Oklahoma State and St. Bonaventure. It will be held November 16th and 17th at the Barclays Center.
