Coke Studio Pakistan (season 5)
The fifth season of the Pakistani music television series '' Coke Studio'' commenced airing on 13 May 2012. The season consisted of five episodes, which aired on 13 May, 27 May, 10 June, 24 June and 8 July respectively. Rohail Hyatt and Umber Hyatt continued as producers of the show. Uzair Jaswal
Uzair Jaswal is a Pakistani singer-songwriter and actor. Career Uzair started his career at the age of 14. At 16, he wrote his first song and was the lead singer of a band called Scar which performed alternative-rock covers. Some of his popular singles include "Tere Bin", "Jaanvey", "Meree Rooh", "Bolay" and "Yaheen". His tracks "Nindiya Ke Paar" and "Bolay" were featured in the 5th season of ''Coke Studio''. At 21, he was the youngest performer of ''Coke Studio'' Pakistan in its first 7 seasons. Uzair branched out into acting. He has worked in three Pakistani films, namely, Gol Chakkar, Slackistan and Jalaibee. He debuted on Pakistani TV with the drama series '' Moray Saiyaan'' on ARY Digital in 2016. He released his debut album titled "Na Bhulana" in the end of 2016, after a decade of making music. Bulleh Shah
Syed Abdullah Shah Qadri ( pa, ; ; 1680–1757), known popularly as Bulleh Shah ( pa, ; ) and Bulleya, was a Punjabi philosopher and Sufi poet during 17th-century Punjab. His ancestors had migrated from Bukhara (modern-day Uzbekistan) some three hundred years earlier. His first spiritual teacher was Shah Inayat Qadiri, a Sufi murshid of Lahore. He was a mystic poet and is universally regarded as "The Father of Punjabi Enlightenment". He lived and was buried in Kasur. Farhad Humayun
Farhad Humayun (; 5 October 1978 – 8 June 2021) was a Pakistani singer, drummer, record producer and video artist. He was popularly associated with the Pakistani drum jam band Overload which he founded in 2003. Farhad started his career as underground musician and formed two bands Co-Ven and Mindriot as a drummer. He worked with artists such as Atif Aslam, Symt, Maha Ali Kazmi and Meesha Shafi.
