Glenwood Razeem Coffee Jr. (born May 1, 1987) is a former American football running back. He was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 2009 NFL Draft and played one season before retiring from football in 2010 and serving in the U.S. Army from 2013 to 2017. Coffee was the 30th Oklahoma Secretary of State, having been appointed by Governor Mary Fallin. He served from January 10, 2011 until he resigned effective February 1, 2013. Lenore Jackson Coffee (July 13, 1896 – July 2, 1984) was an American screenwriter, playwright, and novelist. Biography Lenore was born in San Francisco in 1896 to Andrew Jackson Coffee Jr. and Ella Muffley. She attended Dominican College in San Rafael, California. She began her career answering an ad requesting a screen story for the actress Clara Kimball Young and was awarded a one-year contract at $50 a week. She was twice nominated for an Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay. The first time was for '' Street of Chance'' in 1929/30, adapted from the story by Oliver H. P. Garrett, in collaboration with Howard Estabrook; and the second was with Julius J. Epstein in 1938 for ''Four Daughters'', based on Fannie Hurst's short story ''Sister Act''. Paul Coffee is a retired American soccer goalkeeper who played professionally in the North American Soccer League and Major Indoor Soccer League. Coffee played soccer at San Jose State University. In 1979, he signed as an amateur with the Chicago Sting of the North American Soccer League in order to maintain his Olympic eligibility. In 1980, he was selected for the U.S. Olympic soccer team, which had qualified for the 1980 Summer Olympics. He did not compete when President Carter declared that the U.S. would boycott the Olympics, held in Moscow, after the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. Coffee turned professional with the Sting and remained with them until 1981, playing three outdoor and one NASL indoor seasons. In 1980, he signed with the Philadelphia Fever of the Major Indoor Soccer League before returning to the Sting, now playing in the MISL for the 1982–1983 season.
