Club Atlético Los Andes
Club Atlético Los Andes is an Argentine sports club based in the Lomas de Zamora district of Greater Buenos Aires. The football team currently plays in the Primera B, the third division of the Argentine football league system. The club was founded by a group of young people in 1917, and its name was chosen to commemorate the first balloon flight across the Andes mountain, which had happened in 1916. Los Andes has had three runs in the Argentine Primera División: the first was in 1961, the second time was between the 1968 and 1971 Metropolitano championships. Los Andes best ever final position was an 8° position overall in 1968 Nacional. The third run in Primera División was in 2000–01 and lasted only one season: Los Andes finished 19th out of 20 teams and was relegated to Primera B Nacional with the worst points average in the division. Mateo Ramírez Montenegro (born 18 January 1995) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Los Andes. Career Ramírez had a stint in the youth system of Vélez Sarsfield. Primera B Nacional's Boca Unidos signed Ramírez ahead of the 2016 campaign. Club Atlético Almirante Brown (mostly known as Brown de Arrecifes) is an Argentine sports club from the city of Arrecifes, in Buenos Aires Province. Although other sports are practised there, Brown is mostly known for its football team, which currently plays in the Arrecifes football league. Almirante Brown, founded on 14 October 1917, by José Ryan and Stegmann. Diego Alejandro Galeano (born 24 February 1986) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a winger for Club Atlético Los Andes. Career Galeano started his career in Mar del Plata with Banfield, netting three goals in as many games which secured a move to Primera División side Banfield of Buenos Aires. He featured three times in the top-flight, before departing in June 2010 to Cypriot First Division side Doxa Katokopias.
