Club Almagro
Club Almagro is an Argentine sports club from José Ingenieros, Buenos Aires, although its headquarters are in the Almagro district. The football team currently plays in the Primera Nacional, the second division of the Argentine football league system. History Almagro was founded on January 6, 1911, in the Almagro neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. The club still has its sports facilities there for its members, but the football stadium (with a capacity of 19,000) is located in José Ingenieros, in the Tres de Febrero Partido of Greater Buenos Aires. In 1919 there was a new splitting in Argentine football, so both leagues were played at the same time: official Asociación Argentina de Football (with one of Almagro predecessors, Columbian, as one of its teams) and dissident " Asociación Amateurs de Football". Estadio Almagro
Estadio Tres de Febrero is a multi-use stadium in José Ingenieros, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is the home ground for Club Almagro. The stadium holds 12,500 people. It was renovated in 2000 after Almagro were promoted to the Primera División Argentina. Columbian Football Club
Columbian Football Club (previously "Club Hispano Argentino") was an Argentine football team that played in the Primera División. The club is a predecessor of the present-day Club Almagro. History Around 1911, a group of young immigrants from Galicia who owned a store in Buenos Aires established a club under the name "Pontevedra Sporting Club". In 1913 the club joined the recently formed Federación Argentina de Football (a dissident association from the official Argentine Football Association) under the name "Club Hispano Argentino". In its first year of official competition, the team finished 6th out of 10. That same year the club took on some members from Argentino de Quilmes who were in disagreement with the executives of that club. In 1914 the team finished 6th again, out of 8 participating teams . Leonardo Ferreyra
Leonardo Martín Ferreyra (born 21 October 1991) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Club Almagro. Club career Ferreyra began his senior career in 2009 with Primera B Nacional's Gimnasia y Esgrima. His professional debut arrived on 29 October during a goalless draw away to All Boys, which preceded the defender scoring his opening goal against Aldosivi on 6 February 2010. Over the course of his first four seasons, he participated in seventy-six matches and scored four times. On 30 June 2013, Ferreyra joined Primera División side Olimpo on a season-long loan deal. Eighteen appearances followed. He returned to Gimnasia ahead of the 2014, going on to take his tally to two hundred and fourteen appearances and eight goals. In August 2020, after eleven senior years at Gimnasia, Ferreyra departed to sign for fellow Primera B Nacional team Instituto. In December 2021, Ferreyra signed a deal with Club Almagro.

Nicolás Dematei
Nicolás Diego Dematei (born 19 November 1987) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Club Almagro. Career Ateneo de la Juventud, Flandria and Sarmiento were Dematei's opening youth teams, prior to joining Argentinos Juniors. He was loaned to Atlético Tucumán in 2008, they selected him twenty times in the 2008–09 Primera B Nacional as they won promotion as champions. Dematei had stints with Sarmiento and Defensa y Justicia. After appearing twice for Florencio Varela team, he returned to Sarmiento on 30 June 2011. They won the 2011–12 Primera B Metropolitana title in his first season, which gave promotion to the second tier. Francisco Manuel Delorenzi (born 3 January 1998) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Argentine Primera Nacional club Club Almagro. Career Delorenzi, after coming through the youth ranks of Jorge Newbery Luján and Flandria, joined Independiente's ranks in 2012. Nahuel Oscar Basualdo (born 23 February 1991) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Almagro. Career Basualdo's career began with Almagro. He made his professional debut against Brown in Primera B Metropolitana on 27 January 2013, prior to scoring his first goal in the following March during a 3–1 win over Platense. Overall, Basualdo made sixty-one appearances and scored twice in his first four seasons. In June 2015, Basualdo completed a loan move to Defensores Unidos of Primera C Metropolitana. Cristian Roberto Aracena (born 8 February 1987) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Club Almagro. Career Godoy Cruz were the first club of Aracena's career. Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires. Originally created as the second division, it became the third level after a restructuring of the system in 1985 that ended with the creation of Primera B Nacional, set as the second division since then. The other league at level three is the Torneo Federal A, where teams from regional leagues take part.
