Clint Sintim
Clint Kofi Sintim (born February 21, 1986) is the linebackers coach for the University of Virginia football team and a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League. He was drafted by the New York Giants in the second round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He played college football at Virginia. Early years A native of Fairfax County, Virginia, Sintim attended Gar-Field Senior High School, where he made 35 tackles and had three quarterback sacks as a senior and earned first-team all-state and SuperPrep All-American honors. Sintim broke his left leg playing for Gar-Field's boys basketball team on January 13. He is of Ghanaian descent. Considered a three-star recruit by ''Rivals.com'', Sintim was listed as the No. 30 strongside defensive end prospect in the nation. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. Physically Unable To Perform List
Physically unable to perform (PUP) is a roster designation used in the National Football League (NFL) for players who suffered injuries during football-related activities prior to the start of training camp. Players on the PUP list may participate in team meetings, and use team training and medical facilities, but cannot practice with their team. There are two separate PUP lists: an active PUP list used prior to the start of the regular season, and a reserve PUP list used during the regular season. Active/PUP A player who, as a result of football-related injuries, is unable to take part in training camp practices may be assigned to the active/PUP list at the start of camp. Giants Stadium (sometimes referred to as Giants Stadium at the Meadowlands or The Swamp) was a stadium located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, in the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders were a professional American football team that played in Oakland from its founding in 1960 to 1981 and again from 1995 to 2019 before relocating to the Las Vegas metropolitan area where they now play as the Las Vegas Raiders. The New York ''Daily News'', officially titled the ''Daily News'', is an American newspaper based in Jersey City, NJ. Chris Long (American Football)
Christopher Howard Long (born March 28, 1985) is a former American football defensive end who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons. The son of Pro Football Hall of Fame, Hall of Fame defensive end Howie Long and older brother of NFL guard (American and Canadian football), guard Kyle Long, he played college football at University of Virginia, Virginia and received unanimous All-American honors. Long was selected by the St. Louis Rams second overall in the 2008 NFL Draft, where he spent eight seasons. He later played one season for the New England Patriots and two for the Philadelphia Eagles, winning a Super Bowl title with each. In gridiron football, a sack occurs when the quarterback (or another offensive player acting as a passer) is tackled behind the line of scrimmage before throwing a forward pass, when the quarterback is tackled behind the line of scrimmage in the " pocket" and without clear intent, or when a passer runs out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage due to defensive pressure. Gar-Field Senior High School
Gar-Field Senior High School is a senior high school in Woodbridge in unincorporated Prince William County, Virginia, USA, with students in grades 9 through 12. Established in 1953, it was originally located at 15941 Cardinal Drive until the current school opened in 1972 on 14000 Smoketown Road. It has recently been one of the largest high schools in Virginia, with enrollment peaking at over 3,000.
