Clifford A. McNulty (December 25, 1930 – March 7, 2018) was an American politician who was a member of the Florida House of Representatives representing the 73rd district from 1967 to 1970. Palm Bay is a city in Brevard County, Florida, United States. The city's population was 119,760 at th2020 United States Census making it the most populous city in the county and the largest by land mass.
