''Clear Lake Audiotorium'' is a six-track promo EP by De La Soul given out to A-list DJs in 1994, the catalog number is TB 1093 (Side A, "THIS SIDE" is TB 1093 A and Side B "OTHER SIDE" is TB 1093 B). It was composed of four tracks from the group's album ''Buhloone Mindstate'' and two non-album tracks—"Sh.Fe.Mc's" featuring A Tribe Called Quest, and "Stix & Stonz" featuring The Fearless Four, Grandmaster Caz, and Prince Whipper Whip. With only 500 copies pressed (vinyl and CD), ''Clear Lake Audiotorium'' remains one of the most sought-after De La Soul releases to date. Originally pressed on clear/light green vinyl and packaged in a clear plastic sleeve, the record has since been bootlegged on black vinyl. De La Soul
De La Soul () is an American hip hop trio formed in 1988 in the Amityville area of Long Island, New York. They are best known for their eclectic sampling, quirky lyrics, and their contributions to the evolution of the jazz rap and alternative hip hop subgenres. The members are Posdnuos, Trugoy, and Maseo. The three formed the group in high school and caught the attention of producer Prince Paul with a demo tape of the song "Plug Tunin'". Curtis Brown (born April 18, 1960), better known by the stage name Grandmaster Caz or Casanova Fly, is an American rapper, songwriter, and DJ. He was a member of the hip hop group The Cold Crush Brothers from 1979 to the mid-1980s. He is best known as the (uncredited) main writer of Big Bank Hank's raps on the seminal 1979 hip hop single by The Sugarhill Gang, "Rapper's Delight". Lamar Hill, also known as LA Sunshine is an American old-school hip hop artist, and member of the Treacherous Three. Keith Edward Elam (July 17, 1961April 19, 2010), better known by his stage name Guru (a backronym for Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal), was an American rapper and record producer. The Fearless Four (also known as Fearless 4 and Fearless Four) is an American old school hip hop group from Harlem, New York. The group is best known for its 1982 single "Rockin' It", which was based on the Kraftwerk track "The Man-Machine", and was featured in the 1983 documentary ''Style Wars''.
