Clear Falls High School is a public high school located in League City, Texas and is part of the Clear Creek Independent School District. The school, which serves grades 9 through 12, had its first graduating class in 2013. The school opened in 2010, and is part of the Educational Village, which is also home to Mossman Elementary and Bayside Intermediate. The school provides education to portions of League City, Pasadena, and the Bacliff CDP and all of Seabrook, El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, Kemah, and Clear Lake Shores. The school's colors are green, black, and silver and the mascot is a Knight. History Clear Falls High School opened in 2010 to incoming freshmen and sophomores that lived within the newly drawn boundary to incorporate the new school. League City is a city in the U.S. state of Texas, in Galveston County, within the metropolitan area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 112,129. The city of League City has a small portion north of Clear Creek within Harris County zoned for residential and commercial uses. Clear Lake Shores is a city in Galveston County, Texas, within the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown metropolitan area. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 1,063. History During the oil boom years of the 1920s, developers began to sell properties around the Clear Lake estuary as waterfront recreational retreats. The new development was named "Clear Lake Shores". Though the development was initially successful, the Great Depression halted most of the area's growth. After World War II the area began to redevelop with increasing numbers of permanent residents (as opposed to simply weekend residents). Kemah ( ) is a city in the U.S. state of Texas, southeast of Houston along west Galveston Bay. The city's population was 1,773 at the 2010 census, down from 2,330 at the 2000 census.
