Claudio David Vargas Villalba (born 15 October 1985) is a Paraguayan football (soccer), football Manager (association football), manager and former player who played as a defensive midfielder. He is the current manager of Club Guaraní, Guaraní's reserve team. Career He was on loan to Treviso F.B.C. 1993, Treviso in 2nd half of the 2006–07 season, and Club Sportivo Luqueño, Luqueño in 2nd half of 2007–08 season. On 8 January 2010, Atlético Tucumán signed the Paraguayan midfielder from Club Olimpia. In 2011 he played for Club Sportivo Luqueño, Luqueño and for Club 3 de Febrero, 3 de Febrero. Asunción (, , , Guarani: Paraguay) is the capital and the largest city of Paraguay.
