City Municipality Of Kranj
The City Municipality of Kranj (; sl, Mestna občina Kranj) is one of twelve city municipalities of Slovenia. It lies in northwestern Slovenia and was established in 1994. Its seat is the city of Kranj. The area traditionally belongs to the region of Upper Carniola and has been included in Upper Carniola Statistical Region since 1995. Goriče () is a village near Golnik in the Municipality of Kranj in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia . Geography Goriče stands at the foot of Mount Križe ( sl, Kriška gora, 1,473 m), also known as Mount Zalog (). Lavtarski Vrh (, german: Lauterskiwerch) is a small dispersed settlement above Čepulje in the Municipality of Kranj in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. Geography Lavtarski Vrh stands on a ridge where the crests of Hrastnik Hill () and Planica Hill () meet. It received a modern road connection in 1965, when the road from Stražišče was extended westward, toward the Selca Sora Valley.
