Citation Hemisphere
The Cessna Citation Hemisphere was a business jet project by Cessna. Announced in November 2015, it was then expected to fly in 2019 but its development was suspended in April 2018 due to a delay in the development of its Safran Silvercrest engines. It was designed for Mach 0.9 and would have a range. Development Announced at the 2015 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) conference with the widest cabin in its class, it was expected to fly in 2019. Although the Snecma Silvercrest was originally selected, the process was re-opened to the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW800. The Silvercrest with over of thrust was confirmed for the 2016 NBAA Convention, along the selection of Honeywell Primus Epic cockpit and Thales Group fly-by-wire flight control system. A WikiProject, or Wikiproject, is a Wikimedia movement affinity group for contributors with shared goals. WikiProjects are prevalent within the largest wiki, Wikipedia, and exist to varying degrees within sister projects such as Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Wikidata, and Wikisource. They also exist in different languages, and translation of articles is a form of their collaboration. The fuel economy in aircraft is the measure of the transport energy efficiency of aircraft. The Bombardier Challenger 600 series is a family of business jets developed by Canadair after a Bill Lear concept, and then produced from 1986 by its new owner, Bombardier Aerospace. At the end of 1975, Canadair began funding the development of LearStar 600, and then bought the design for a wide-cabin business jet in April 1976. On 29 October, the programme was launched, backed by the Canadian federal government, and designed to comply with new FAR part 25 standards. The Cessna Citation Columbus was a business jet project by Cessna, part of the Cessna Citation family. The Model 850 was launched in February 2008 and cancelled in July 2009. The Cessna Citation Longitude is a business jet produced by Cessna, part of the Cessna Citation family. Announced at the May 2012 EBACE, the Model 700 made its first flight on October 8, 2016, with certification obtained in September 2019. The aluminum airframe has the fuselage cross-section of the Cessna Citation Latitude, Citation Latitude, stretched by a seat row.
