Chus Herrero
Jesús María 'Chus' Herrero Gómez (born 10 February 1984) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for SD Tarazona as a central defender. Club career Herrero was born in Zaragoza, Aragon. A product of Real Zaragoza's youth academy, he made his debut with the first team on 27 October 2005, coming on as a 39th-minute substitute in a 1–1 home draw against Racing de Santander, but spent the vast majority of the season playing with the B-side. From 2006 to 2008, Herrero appeared in ten La Liga games each, as Zaragoza was relegated in the second campaign. He contributed more significantly to help the club return to the top flight after just one year, but would be released in July 2009, moving to FC Cartagena ( recently promoted to the second division). Girona FC
Girona Futbol Club, S.A.D. is a professional football club based in Girona, Catalonia, Spain. Founded on 23 July 1930, it plays in La Liga, to which they gained promotion in the 2022 Segunda División play-offs. Girona holds its home matches at the 11,810-capacity Estadi Montilivi. The club also has youth and amateur women's teams for competition. History Football became of a particular interest in Girona at the beginning of the 20th century. The 2005–06 La Liga season, the 75th since its establishment, started on 27 August 2005 and finished on 20 May 2006 due to all top-flight European leagues ending earlier than the previous season because of 2006 FIFA World Cup. The first matches of the season were played on 27 August 2010, the regular league ended on 4 June 2011, and the season ended with the promotion play-off finals on 18 June 2011. The first matches of the season were played on 29 August 2009, and the season ended on 19 June 2010. Real Betis, Numancia and Recreativo de Huelva are the teams which were relegated from La Liga the previous season. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It was below the top two professional leagues, the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga) and the ''Segunda División'', and above the ''Tercera División''.
