Chuck Versus The Mask
"Chuck Versus the Mask" is the seventh episode of the third season of ''Chuck'' which originally aired February 8, 2010. Chuck is forced to involve Hannah in the team's latest mission. Meanwhile, Morgan and Ellie attempt to investigate Chuck's secret life. Plot summary Main plot After Shaw is trapped in a museum vault attempting to steal a golden mask of Alexander the Great, Sarah and Casey call in Chuck to hack into the museum's systems to release him. Hannah tags along, and after successfully freeing Shaw and restoring the system, the two are invited by the museum curator to attend the gala for the unveiling of the mask that night to monitor the computer systems. Under Shaw's instruction, Chuck agrees. At Castle, Shaw briefs the team with their belief that the Ring is using the mask to smuggle a chemical weapon through customs. Colonel John Casey (born Alexander Coburn) is portrayed by actor Adam Baldwin on the television show ''Chuck'' on NBC. Prior to the episode "Chuck Versus the Tic Tac," he was partnered with CIA agent Sarah Walker to protect Chuck Bartowski. In episode 21 of season 2, "Chuck Versus the Colonel," Major Casey was promoted and subsequently addressed as "colonel." In episode 10 of season 3, "Chuck Versus the Tic Tac," Colonel Casey was dismissed, adopting his cover of an overaged retail electronics salesman as his life. Georgi Kitov
Georgi Kitov (Bulgarian alphabet, Bulgarian: Георги Китов) (March 1, 1943 – September 14, 2008) was a Bulgarian archaeologist and thracologist. He specialized in Thrace, Thracian archaeology. He participated in the excavations of many sites including the Thracian tomb of Aleksandrovo, Alexandrovo Tomb, Kosmatka, Svetitzata and Starosel Cult Complex. Kitov died from a heart attack on September 14, 2008 during excavations in Starosel, Bulgaria. Finding the Thracian tomb On August 19, 2004 Kitov discovered a gold mask in a 5th-century BC burial mound outside the town of Shipka (town), Shipka in a place he later named Golyamata Kosmatka. On September 21 he began an excavation of the mound with 12 others, including private security guards, and soon unearthed a large bronze head. Three days later he found the entrance of a tomb. Shipka ( bg, Шипка , ''"Rosa canina"'') is a town in central Bulgaria, part of Kazanlak Municipality, Stara Zagora Province. It lies in the Central Balkan Mountains, at , 650 metres above sea level. Nerve agents, sometimes also called nerve gases, are a class of organic chemicals that disrupt the mechanisms by which nerves transfer messages to organs. The disruption is caused by the blocking of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), an enzyme that catalyzes the breakdown of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter. Nerve agents are acetylcholinesterase inhibitors used as poison. Cyclosarin or GF (cyclohexyl methylphosphonofluoridate) is an extremely toxic substance used as a chemical weapon. It is a member of the '' G-series'' family of nerve agents, a group of chemical weapons discovered and synthesized by a German team led by Dr. Gerhard Schrader. The major nerve gases are the G agents, sarin (GB), soman (GD), tabun (GA), and the V agents such as VX. The original agent, tabun, was discovered in Germany in 1936 in the process of work on organophosphorus insecticides. Next came sarin, soman and finally, cyclosarin, a product of commercial insecticide laboratories prior to World War II. "Chuck Versus the Predator" is the seventeenth episode of the second season of ''Chuck''. It originally aired on March 23, 2009. Chuck Bartowski reluctantly tells his handlers that he has been contacted by Orion, the mastermind behind the Intersect computer and the person who can erase the Intersect from his brain. When the team goes to retrieve the computer Orion sent to Chuck, they run into a Fulcrum agent named Vincent (Arnold Vosloo). Fulcrum is the codename of a secret fictional hostile espionage organization on the television series ''Chuck''. Fulcrum serves as the series' main antagonists up until the end of season two, though their specific goals beyond acquiring the Intersect have not yet been fully revealed.
