Chuck Fletcher
Chuck Fletcher (born April 29, 1967) is a Canadian professional ice hockey executive who is the general manager and co-president of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Career Fletcher was assistant general manager of the Florida Panthers from their expansion year in 1993 until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Fletcher served as the director of hockey operations, assistant general manager, and vice president of amateur scouting/player development for the Anaheim Ducks. Fletcher then served for three years as the assistant general manager for the Pittsburgh Penguins under Ray Shero. Fletcher was hired as general manager of the Minnesota Wild, on May 21, 2009, a position he held until April 23, 2018. On April 23, 2018, the Wild owner, Craig Leopold, announced that the organization would not renew Fletcher's contract effectively ending his nine-year tenure with the club. Bill Torrey
William Arthur Torrey (June 23, 1934 – May 2, 2018) was a Canadian hockey executive. He served as a general manager in the National Hockey League for the Oakland Seals, New York Islanders, and Florida Panthers. He developed the Islanders into a dynasty that won four consecutive Stanley Cups. He was often known as "The Architect", and "Bow-Tie" Bill, after the signature bow tie he always wore. Early life Torrey was from Montreal, and was raised near the Montreal Forum. His father worked as a stockbroker. He tried out for the Montreal Canadiens, and attended St. Lawrence University on a scholarship to play hockey. He lost his depth perception after he was hit in the left eye with a hockey stick, breaking his orbital bone. Torrey earned a degree in psychology, while also taking business classes. The Philadelphia Flyers are a professional ice hockey team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They are members of the Metropolitan Division of the National Hockey League's (NHL) Eastern Conference. The Flyers were founded in 1967 as one of six expansion teams, increasing the size of the NHL at that time to twelve teams. Ronald Jeffrey Hextall (born May 3, 1964) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender and executive. He is the current general manager#Sports teams, general manager of the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). Hextall played 13 seasons for the Philadelphia Flyers, Quebec Nordiques, and New York Islanders. He served as assistant general manager for the Flyers for one season, and was promoted to general manager of the Philadelphia Flyers, replacing Paul Holmgren on May 7, 2014. Paul John Fenton Jr. (born December 22, 1959) is an American former ice hockey forward and executive. He has previously served as the general manager for the Minnesota Wild. Before joining the Wild, he had worked as assistant general manager with the Nashville Predators. Playing career Fenton played amateur hockey with Vermont Academy, but started his National Hockey League career with the Hartford Whalers in 1985. He also played for the New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings, Winnipeg Jets, Toronto Maple Leafs, Calgary Flames, and San Jose Sharks. He retired from the NHL after the 1992 season.
