Chuck Chapman
Charles Winston Chapman (April 21, 1911 – March 6, 2002) was a Canadian basketball player who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics. Born in Vancouver, he was part of the Canadian basketball team, which won the silver medal. He played four matches including the final. He was the older brother of Art Chapman John Arthur Chapman (May 29, 1905 – December 31, 1962) was a Canadian ice hockey forward. He was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular court, compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball (approximately in diameter) through the defender's hoop (a basket in diameter mounted high to a backboard at each end of the court, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop.
