Christopher Dark
Christopher Dark (born Alfred Francis DeLeo, April 21, 1920 – October 10, 1971) was an American actor. He graduated from Cornell University and did post graduate work at Columbia University. He served as an army medic in the Philippines during WWII, and received honors. He began his career in theater in NY, and then moved to Hollywood in 1952. He was a member of the Foreign Film Committee for SAG for most of his career. As well as acting, he also wrote many scripts, including collaborations with Ida Lupino and Christopher Cary. Biography Dark was born in New York. In 1954, Dark played in an episode of the TV series, ''The Lone Ranger'', entitled Texas Draw. In 1955, Dark was cast in an episode of the NBC western anthology series, ''Frontier'', hosted by Walter Coy. ''The Sheriff of Cochise'' is an American police crime drama television series of 79 black-and-white episodes broadcast from 1956 to 1958. The show has two seasons of 39 episodes, and there is an additional standalone episode. Each episode runs for 30 minutes. The series features John Bromfield as Frank Morgan, the sheriff of Cochise County, Arizona. The series is succeeded by ''U.S. Marshal'', in which Morgan was promoted to be the United States marshal for Arizona. Jane Bethel Leslie (August 3, 1929 – November 28, 1999) was an American actress and screenwriter. In her career spanning half a century, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Laurel Award in 1964, a Tony Award in 1986, and a CableACE Award in 1988. Early years Bethel Leslie was born in New York, New York. Her parents were a lawyer, Warren Leslie, and Jane Leslie, a newspaperwoman. Bethel was a student at Brearley School in New York City. Robert Martin Culp (August 16, 1930 – March 24, 2010) was an American actor widely known for his work in television. A sitcom, a portmanteau of situation comedy, or situational comedy, is a genre of comedy centered on a fixed set of characters who mostly carry over from episode to episode. Sitcoms can be contrasted with sketch comedy, where a troupe may use new characters in each sketch, and stand-up comedy, where a comedian tells jokes and stories to an audience.
