Christopher Coake
Christopher Coake (born November 28, 1971) is an American fiction writer. Background Coake is the author of two collections of short stories,''You Would Have Told Me Not To'' (Delphinium Books, 2020), and ''We're in Trouble'' (Harcourt, 2005), for which he was awarded the PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize in 2006, and of the novel ''You Came Back'' (Grand Central, 2012). He was named by the 2007 issue of the British fiction journal ''Granta'' as one of the twenty "Best Young American Novelists." ''Granta'' is a literary magazine and publisher in the United Kingdom whose mission centres on its "belief in the power and urgency of the story, both in fiction and non-fiction, and the story’s supreme ability to describe, illuminate and make real." Reno ( ) is a city in the northwest section of the U.S. state of Nevada, along the Nevada-California border, about north from Lake Tahoe, known as "The Biggest Little City in the World".
