Christina Bernardi
Christina Bernardi (born 7 June 1990) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Carlton Football Club in the AFL Women's competition (AFLW). Bernadi was drafted by Collingwood in 2017 and was selected in the 2018 AFL Women's All-Australian team and was Collingwood's leading goalkicker in 2018. On 22 September 2022, Bernardi was added to Carlton's list after a long injury list meant the club wouldn't have been able to field a 24-person squad On 23 September 2022, Bernardi was selected in the team to debut in Round 5 against Melbourne. Early life Bernardi was introduced to football by future teammate and captain Steph Chiocci, after they met at RMIT University where they studied teaching, and played for the RMIT Redbacks. Diamond Creek Football Club
The Diamond Creek Football Club is an Australian rules football club located in Diamond Creek – an outer north-eastern suburb of Melbourne. History Formed in 1904, the club was a founding member of the Whittlesea District Football Association. A move to the Bourke-Evelyn Football League in 1906 was very successful with premierships in 1906 and 1908 and being runners-up in 1907 and 1912. Darebin Falcons
The Darebin Women's Sports Club, nicknamed the Falcons, is based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and primarily notable for its Australian rules football team which competes in the highest-level Victorian state league – the VFL Women's (VFLW). It is the only VFLW club that is not affiliated with a side from the national AFL Women's (AFLW) competition or the Australian Football League (AFL). Founded in 1990, the club originally competed in the Victorian Women's Football League (VWFL). Talia Radan (born 9 May 1988) is an Australian rules footballer playing for in the AFL Women's competition. She was drafted by Adelaide with their eighth selection and fifty-eighth overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut in the thirty-six point win against Greater Western Sydney at Thebarton Oval in the opening round of the 2017 season. She was a part of Adelaide's premiership side after the club defeated Brisbane by six points at Metricon Stadium in the AFL Women's Grand Final.
