Christian Lusch (born February 19, 1981 in Bühl (Baden)) is a German sport shooter. He was born in Bühl (Baden), Germany. He represented Germany at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games The 2004 Summer Olympics ( el, Θερινοί Ολυμπιακοί Αγώνες 2004, ), officially the Games of the XXVIII Olympiad ( el, Αγώνες της 28ης Ολυμπιάδας, ) and also known as Athens 2004 ( el, Αθήνα 2004), ..., and won the silver medal in the rifle, prone, at 50 metres, and came in 12th in the rifle, prone, three positions, at 50 metres. The city of Bühl ( Low Alemannic: ''Bihl'') is part of the district of Rastatt in the southwestern state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It has a history reaching back to the twelfth century and was formerly an agricultural town, especially famous for its plums. 50 Metre Rifle Prone
50 meter rifle prone (formerly known as one of four free rifle disciplines) is an International Shooting Sport Federation event consisting of 60 shots from the prone position with a .22 Long Rifle (5.6 mm) caliber rifle. The time limit is 75 minutes for the entire match, including sighting shots, or 90 minutes if there is a need to compensate for slow scoring systems.
