Christian Arntzen
Christian Arntzen (8 August 1852 – 14 February 1911) was a Norwegian-Danish architect. Arntzen was born at Alstahaug Municipality in Nordland county, Norway. In 1875, he was admitted to the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. Arntzen worked as a designer with Hermann Baagøe Storck, Ludvig Fenger, and Valdemar Ingemann. He designed villas and commercial buildings, including the customs house at the Freeport of Copenhagen. He died in Copenhagen and was buried at Assistens Cemetery Assistens Cemetery ( da, Assistens Kirkegård) is the name of a number of cemeteries in Denmark. Alstahaug Municipality
Alstahaug is a municipality in Nordland county, Norway. It is part of the Helgeland region. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Sandnessjøen. Some of the villages in Alstahaug include Søvika and Tjøtta. Most residents of Alstahaug live in the town of Sandnessjøen which is situated on the island of Alsta. The characteristic Seven Sisters mountain range is found on the eastern part of the island. Local legend has made this chain of peaks into seven sisters, two adjacent peaks representing twin sisters. The island is connected to the mainland via the large Helgeland Bridge along Norwegian County Road 17. The Sandnessjøen Airport, Stokka is located 10 km south of Sandnessjøen. Nordland
Nordland (; smj, Nordlánnda, sma, Nordlaante, sme, Nordlánda, en, Northland) is a county in Norway in the Northern Norway region, the least populous of all 11 counties, bordering Troms og Finnmark in the north, Trøndelag in the south, Norrbotten County in Sweden to the east, Västerbotten County to the south-east, and the Atlantic Ocean (Norwegian Sea) to the west.
