Chris Valentine
Christopher William Valentine (born December 6, 1961) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player and coach. He played 105 games in the National Hockey League with the Washington Capitals from 1981 to 1983. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1981 to 1996, was mainly spent with Düsseldorfer EG in the Eishockey-Bundesliga and Deutsche Eishockey Liga. Biography Valentine was born in Belleville, Ontario and raised in Kanata, Ontario. As a youth, he played in the 1973 and 1974 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournaments with a minor ice hockey team from North Shore. Valentine began his hockey career in 1978 at St. Louis University before moving to the QMJHL's Sorel Black Hawks. He was selected in the 1981 NHL Entry Draft in the tenth round by the Washington Capitals. The ICE Hockey League (International Central European Hockey League), known as the win2day ICE Hockey League for sponsorship reasons, is a Central European hockey league that also serves as the top-tier ice hockey league in Austria, it currently features additional teams from Hungary, Italy, and Slovenia. The Steinbach Black Wings Linz are a member of the Austrian Hockey League. They play their home games in Linz, Austria at the Keine Sorgen EisArena. The Krefeld Pinguine (Krefeld Penguins) are an ice hockey team in the DEL2. Their home ice is in Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany at the König Palast. The Adler Mannheim (English: ''Mannheim Eagles'', formerly Mannheimer ERC) is a professional ice hockey team of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga, the highest-level ice hockey league in Germany. EV Landshut
EV Landshut, also known as EVL Landshut Eishockey and formerly known as the Landshut Cannibals, are a professional ice hockey team based in Landshut, Bavaria, Germany. They currently play in Deutsche Eishockey Liga 2, the second level of ice hockey in Germany. They were promoted from the third-tier Oberliga in 2019 after winning the Oberliga finals against the Tilburg Trappers.
