Chris Lamb
Chris Lamb (born 11 March 1981) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL) and with the Sandringham Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Early life Lamb was a talented junior sportsman. As a footballer, he toured Ireland in 1998 as part of an Australian Institute of Sport team. He also played for the Wodonga Raiders in the Ovens & Murray Football League, and for the Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup, winning the Bushrangers' under-16 development award in 1997. Lamb had a successful final season of junior football; he played for the Victorian Country side at the 1998 AFL Under 18 Championships where he was named All-Australian, and was also chosen in the TAC Cup Team of the Year. The Wodonga Raiders Football & Netball Club is an Australian rules football and netball club based in the city of Wodonga. Troy Broadbridge
Troy Broadbridge (5 October 1980 – 26 December 2004) was an Australian rules footballer with the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). AFL career Melbourne career (2001–2004) Broadbridge began his career as a defender with South Australian National Football League (SANFL) club Port Adelaide, the team his father Wayne played for, and was drafted by the Melbourne Football Club at the beginning of the 2001 AFL season. 2007 VFL Season
The 2007 Victorian Football League (VFL) is a semi-professional Australian Rules Football competition featuring twelve teams from Victoria and one team from Tasmania. It was the 126th season of the Australian rules football competition. The VFL Season is split into two sub-leagues, seniors and reserves. A hat-trick or hat trick is the achievement of a generally positive feat three times in a match, or another achievement based on the number three. Origin The term first appeared in 1858 in cricket, to describe H. H. Stephenson taking three wickets with three consecutive deliveries. Ian Perrie
Ian Perrie (born 9 April 1979, in Rhodesia) is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Adelaide Crows in the Australian Football League. Career After being drafted at pick number 49 in the 1997 AFL Draft, Perrie debuted for Adelaide in Round 13, 1998. In his early years, inaccurate kicking was his most troubled area, kicking 24.27 in his first two years. He was admired for his relentless effort which, coupled with his unorthodox kicking style. Neale Daniher
Neale Francis Daniher (born 15 February 1961) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was later the coach of the Melbourne Football Club between 1998 and 2007, and also held coaching positions with Essendon, Fremantle and West Coast. Matthew James Lloyd (born 16 April 1978) is a former professional Australian rules footballer, who played for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). The Essendon Football Club, nicknamed the Bombers, is a professional Australian rules football club. The club plays in the Australian Football League (AFL), the game's premier competition.
