Chris Jenkins (born 14 August 1988) is a Welsh professional boxer who held the British and Commonwealth welterweight titles between 2019 and July 2021. Amateur career Jenkins represented Wales at the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan. He also represented his country at the 2007 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Chicago He also won a gold medal at the Canada Cup He has also won three Welsh senior titles. Christopher Jenkins (born November 1961) is a Welsh effects animator, storyboard artist, screenwriter, director and producer. Early life Jenkins was born and raised in Ton Pentre, Rhondda Valley in South Wales. He attended the Ton Pentre Junior School and later went to the Upper Rhondda Comprehensive School. He attended Middlesex University in England from 1982 to 1987, where he has a BA Degree in scientific illustration. Christopher Jenkins is a Welsh powerlifter and strongman. He is a former junior World powerlifting champion and holds Welsh, British, European and World records in the powerlifts. Jenkins has been described as one of the greatest junior powerlifters of all time. In Strongman Chris Jenkins is a two time winner of Wales Strongest Man U90kg. Christopher Dennis Alexander Martin-Jenkins, MBE (20 January 1945 – 1 January 2013), also known as CMJ, was a British cricket journalist and a President of MCC. He was also the longest serving commentator for ''Test Match Special'' (TMS) on BBC Radio, from 1973 until diagnosed with terminal cancer in January 2012. Early life Christopher Martin-Jenkins was born at his grandmother's house in Peterborough, the second of three boys. His father, a lieutenant colonel in the army at the time, relocated the family to Glasgow where he was stationed.
