Christopher Godfrey Bond (born 1945, Sussex, England, UK) is a British actor, playwright and theatre director whose 1970 retelling of the Victorian tale ''Sweeney Todd'' formed the basis of Stephen Sondheim's musical of the same name, with book by Hugh Wheeler. He wrote this while he was Resident Dramatist at Victoria Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent (1970–71). He was Artistic Director of the Everyman Theatre, Liverpool (1976–78), Director of Liverpool Playhouse (1981–83), and Artistic Director of Half Moon Theatre (1984–89). Kit Bond
Christopher Samuel "Kit" Bond (born March 6, 1939) is an American attorney, politician and former United States Senator from Missouri and a member of the Republican Party. First elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986, he defeated Democrat Harriett Woods by a margin of 53%–47%. He was re-elected in 1992, 1998, and 2004. On January 8, 2009, he announced that he would not seek re-election to a fifth term in 2010, and was succeeded by fellow Republican Roy Blunt on January 3, 2011. Following his retirement from the Senate, Bond became a partner at Thompson Coburn. Before beginning his 24-year long career in the U.S. Senate, Bond served two non-consecutive terms as Governor of Missouri, from 1973 to 1977 and from 1981 to 1985. Chris Bond (born 26 January 1969) is a former Australian rules footballer who played as a rover for the , and Fremantle Football Clubs in the Australian Football League (AFL). Since retiring as a player he has coached Werribee in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and has also been an assistant coach for the Western Bulldogs. He is currently the football operations manager at Fremantle. Carlton Bond was selected in the 1989 VFL draft from the North Hobart Football Club and played his first senior AFL game at Carlton in 1990, but after three seasons, had only played 22 games. Ready to turn his back on the AFL, Bond signed with the Central District of the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Christopher Adam Bond, (born 28 May 1986) is an Australian wheelchair rugby player. He has won gold medals at the 2012 London and 2016 Rio Paralympics and competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics. Personal Bond and his identical twin brother were born on 28 May 1986, and grew up in the Australian Capital Territory. He is missing both legs below his knees, his left wrist and his right four fingers as a result of a severe infection from a flesh eating bacterium he got while also being diagnosed with leukemia when he was nineteen years old. During his rehab, he was often one of the youngest people in gym. While he adjusted to life without his limbs, he started swimming at the pool at the Australian Institute of Sport. Christopher Bond (born Cornwall 1992) is a British composer particularly noted for his brass band compositions. Early life and education Christopher grew up in the town of Camborne in Cornwall. There, he started his education in music, learning the piano and cornet from a young age. Christopher attended Camborne Science and International Academy before undertaking his A-Levels at Truro and Penwith College. At the age of 18, Christopher moved to Cardiff and studied composition at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama from where he graduated in 2014. Career Christopher is Composer in Residence to the number one ranked brass band in the world, Cory Band.
