Choukibou-gun
was a professional wrestling stable in Pro Wrestling Noah. It was led by Takeshi Morishima. History 2014 Choukibou-gun officially formed on January 5, 2014 at New Years Navigation following the main event where Takeshi Morishima defeated Kenta to win the GHC Heavyweight Championship. After the match, Morishima's stablemates in Brave (Naomichi Marufuji, Muhammad Yone, and Taiji Ishimori) came out to congratulate the new champion. However, BRAVE would get attacked by Maybach Taniguchi and Kenoh with Morishima turning heel and joining in. Morishima would denounce both Brave & No Mercy and that his new stable would be the center of Noah's future. is a Japanese professional wrestler who has worked for Pro Wrestling Noah since his debut in December 2005. He is also known by the ring name , under which he portrays a villainous masked character. Professional wrestling career Amateur background Shuhei Taniguchi first started competitive wrestling when he was in high school. (born October 15, 1978) is a Japanese former professional wrestler. Morishima is best known for his work with Pro Wrestling Noah, where he is a former three-time GHC Heavyweight Champion. He has also performed for Ring of Honor (ROH) in the United States in the past where he was a one-time ROH World Champion. The Global Junior Heavyweight Tag League is an annual professional wrestling round-robin tag team tournament held by Pro Wrestling Noah since 2007. Originally known as the Nippon TV Cup Jr. Heavyweight Tag League and from 2011 until 2017 as the NTV G+ Cup Junior Heavyweight Tag League, the tournament was given its current name in May 2017. After a hiatus in 2020, the tournament was brought back in 2021, with a switch in focus from tag teams, to teams of 4.
