Chonburi
Chonburi ( th, ชลบุรี, , IAST: , ) is the capital of Chonburi Province and Mueang Chonburi District in Thailand. It is about 100 km southeast of Bangkok, on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand. Its name means 'city of water'. Chonburi, along with other areas along the coast to Pattaya, forms a conurbation known as the Pattaya-Chonburi Metropolitan Area. Chonburi has had town (''thesaban mueang'') status since 1935. Climate Chonburi has a tropical savanna climate (Köppen climate classification ''Aw''). Winters are fairly dry and very warm. Temperatures rise until April, which is hot with the average daily maximum at . Chonburi Province
Chonburi (, , ) is a province of Thailand (''changwat'') located in eastern Thailand. Its capital is also named Chonburi. Neighbouring provinces are (clockwise from north) Chachoengsao, Chanthaburi, and Rayong, while the Bay of Bangkok is to the west. Pattaya, a major tourism destination in Thailand, is located in Chonburi, along with Laem Chabang, the country's primary seaport. Khao Sam Muk
฿ลิงสยามไทย.สัตว์ป่า Khao Sam Muk ( th, เขาสามมุข), is a 45 m (147.64 ft) high hill in Chonburi Province, Thailand. It is in Chonburi city on Bangkok Bay between Ang Sila and Bang Saen Beach. There is a Chinese shrine of Mazu on the hilltop which affords views of the surrounding landscape, including Bang Saen Beach, and there is another shrine at the foot of the escarpment. This shrine is a Thai shrine built according to the legend of this hill. Legends and symbolism Khao Sam Muk has symbolic significance in Chonburi. Local people believe that the spirit of that mountain protects fishers from harm. One legend tells that the wife of a fisherman waited on the hill for her husband who was lost at sea. Khao Khiao Massif
The Khao Khiao Massif ( th, เขาเขียว; ) is a moderately high mountain range near Chonburi, eastern Thailand. This massif has the last substantial forested zone in Chonburi Province, a region that is much affected by urbanization and other forms of human intervention and land degradation. Khao Khiao is the mountain area closest to Bangkok, rising about 70 km to the southeast of the capital. Description The mountains of the massif are smooth and forested. Postal codes in Thailand are five digit numbers. The first two digits of the postal code denote the province or special administrative area (e.g., 43120 Phon Phisai, Nong Khai), while the last 3 digits represent the post office within the province. There are exceptions, for example, Bangkok and Samut Prakan province shared the first two digits 10xxx. It's typical to use postal code ended with zero 0 because they are assigned to post office that are responsible for delivering mail to the district (amphoe or khet). Dechapol Puavaranukroh ( th, เดชาพล พัววรานุเคราะห์; born 20 May 1997) is a Thai badminton player. He was a gold medalist at the 2014 BWF World Junior Championships in the boys' doubles event with his partner Kittinupong Kedren. Puavaranukroh claimed doubles titles at the 2017 Southeast Asian Games by winning the gold medal in the men's doubles with Kedren and in the mixed doubles with Sapsiree Taerattanachai. Together with Taerattanachai, he won the silver and gold medals at the BWF World Championships in 2019 and 2021 respectively, became the first Thai pair who won the world title. Kantadhee Kusiri (born 19 May 1993) is a Thai racing driver currently competing in the TCR International Series and TCR Thailand Touring Car Championship. Having previously competed in the Thailand Super Series, Pro Racing Series and Thai Honda Jazz Cup amongst others. Racing career Kusiri began his career in 2009 in the Thai Honda Civic Racing Festival, he finished second in the championship standings that year. He switched to the Thai Honda Jazz Cup in 2010 and won the title that year. In 2011 he switched to the Pro Racing Series, winning the championship twice in 2011 and 2014.
