Choco Mucho Flying Titans
The Choco Mucho Flying Titans is a professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League. The team is owned by the Republic Biscuit Corporation. History The team was created by the Republic Biscuit Corporation for the 2019 Premier Volleyball League season acquiring the seniors of the 2019 Ateneo Lady Eagles volleyball team together with their coach, Oliver Almadro who won UAAP Season 81 volleyball tournaments. Madayag, De Leon, Tolentino and Gequiliana were joined by the players of the disbanding United Volleyball Club from the Philippine Super Liga. The team was triumphant for their debut as they swept BaliPure Purest Water Defenders in their first game for the 2019 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference last August 14, 2019. Unfortunately, they were only seventh, winning 6 games out of 16. The team, led by Madayag, had a 6-game winning streak for the comeback in the 2021 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference. Bea De Leon
Isabel Beatriz "Bea" Paras de Leon (born August 2, 1996) is a Filipino professional volleyball player who currently plays for the club team Choco Mucho Flying Titans in the PVL. She played for the Ateneo Lady Eagles in the UAAP for five straight years and on her final year, led her team to its third championship and was named the UAAP Season 81 Finals MVP. De Leon was selected to the 2015 Philippine Women's National Volleyball Team that represented the country during U23 and 2015 SEA Games. Early life Ever since she was young, Bea have played various sports like badminton, golf, softball, football and swimming. De Leon came from a family of Lasallians. The Perlas Spikers, also previously known as the BanKo Perlas Spikers, are a professional women's volleyball team playing in the Premier Volleyball League. The team is owned by Beach Volleyball Republic. History The team debuted in the 2017 season of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). Pauline Gaston
Pauline Marie Monique Mandanas Gaston (born August 27, 1997) is a Filipino volleyball athlete. She played with Ateneo Lady Eagles collegiate women's University team. She currently plays for the Chery Tiggo Crossovers in the Premier Volleyball League. Career Ponggay Gaston played for the Ateneo De Manila University collegiate women's University team alongside her sister Therese Gaston. In 2020, she became the captain of the Ateneo Lady Eagles in the UAAP Season 84 volleyball tournaments but the tournament was cut due to the spread of COVID-19. In August 2020, Gaston was signed by the Choco Mucho Flying Titans. In 2023, she was signed by the Chery Tiggo Crossovers. Maika Angela Ortiz (born August 30, 1991) is a Filipino volleyball athlete player of the Foton Tornadoes volleyball team in the PSL. She is currently a member of the Philippines women's national volleyball team. Career Ortiz played for the UST Golden Tigresses on her college years.
