Taiwan competed under the designated name "Chinese Taipei" at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games were postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Russian Olympic Committee Athletes At The 2020 Summer Olympics
Prior to the 2019 decision by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Russia was expected to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, which took place from 23 July to 8 August 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It would have been the country's seventh consecutive appearance at the Summer Olympics as an independent nation, but their athletes were entered by and representing the "Russian Olympic Committee", using the acronym "ROC" for a country name. This was the outcome of a decision by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) on 9 December 2019 banning Russia from all international sport for four years, after it was found that data provided by the Russian Anti-Doping Agency had been manipulated by Russian authorities with a goal of protecting athletes involved in its state-sponsored doping scheme. Yang Yung-wei
Yang Yung-wei (; Paiwan language: Drangadrang; born 28 September 1997) is a Taiwanese Paiwan judoka. He is the current silver Olympic medalist in the Extra Lightweight event. He also won one of the bronze medals in the men's 60 kg event at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Career Yang was born in Shizi, Pingtung, and raised in Taichung. He began practicing judo while attending primary school, during his third grade year. His mother and two other siblings also had judo experience. As a Shin Min High School student, Yang was coached by Lin Shih-hsuan. In 2017, he competed at the Summer Universiade held in Taipei, Taiwan. Lo Chia-ling (Chinese: 羅嘉翎, pinyin: Luó Jiālíng; born October 8, 2001) is a taekwondo athlete from Taiwan. Qualification There were 128 qualifying places available for archery at the 2020 Summer Olympics: 64 for men and 64 for women. Wei Chun-heng ( zh, t=魏均珩, p=Wèi Jūnháng, born June 6, 1994) is a Taiwanese competitive archer. Tang Chih-chun (; born 16 March 2001) is a Taiwanese archer competing in men's recurve events. He won the gold medal in the men's team recurve event, alongside Luo Wei-min and Wei Chun-heng, at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2018, he competed at the Summer Youth Olympics held in Buenos Aires, Argentina without winning a medal.
